Can my salt crystals catch on fire?

No. No matter how hot they get they will not catch on fire or magically go boom. You may hear a "sizzle" at the start of a new burn while the fragrance releases. They are safer to use than a candle as there is no wick or open flame. A good guide is while in use they should be warm to touch but not hot to burn. For safety reasons never leave your electric burner or tea light burner unattended.  

 

Can I use any electric wax burner to burn my salt crystals?

Our scented salt crystals are designed to be burnt so don't be afraid to heat them up. You can use any electric or tea light burner. Fragrance throw times may vary depending on how hot you heat your salts. We recommend a burn time of 4 hours per use as our bodies scent of smell can become immune to the fragrance over time. A gentle stir of your salt crystals while burning will help increase the fragrance throw. 

Are your products vegan?

Yes! Our products are made from natural minerals. Our fine fragrance oils are vegan and cruelty free.

 

When will I receive my order?

As our products are hand crafted it may take a little more time, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.

 

My order arrived damaged/faulty. Can I please get a refund or replacement sent out?

We pride our ourselves on the quality of each product we produce and this is something we never want our customers to experience. Please email our team at hello@saltandbloom.com.au so we can help assist.


Can I change my order?

Order been placed but then realised you have ordered the wrong product? It happens to the best of us! Contact us ASAP and we can help with changing your order or we can cancel and refund so you can place a new order with the correct items.


What is your returns/exchange policy?

We go out of our way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return must be made. We aim to ensure the process is easy and hassle-free for you as possible.

We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If you receive a damaged/faulty product or receive the wrong order please contact us at hello@saltandbloom.com.au within 15 business days and we will either replace or refund you order.

Exchanges and returns only apply to full-priced items.

Please note: Shipping costs for the return and re-send of goods are at the consumers expense.

  

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand and America via Australia Post international standard shipping.
